We were apprehensive, to say the least. We needn't have been. From the first day, at eight o'clock, Stuart and his lads arrived on site and to the last day they were the consumate professionals. In 2010 when we contacted slm construction again for additional building work : they accomplished their tasks quickly and to the specification required with no fuss or problems whatsoever.
In 2011 when we required a large renovation of a dirty, dismal garage, into a bright, sparkling self-contained appartment we had no hesitation of contacting slm construction. In less than three weeks they built stud walls, separating the garage into a utility room, a lounge, a double bedroom and a salle des bains complete with a purpose built marble shower. All the electrics, plumbing and central heating completed to the highest professional specification.
